We want JetAssistance to be usable on mobile devices, desktop computers, assistive technologies and with keyboard-only navigation. This statement describes our accessibility approach and how to report a problem.
Our accessibility approach
The website uses semantic page headings, labelled inputs, visible navigation, keyboard-operable links and controls, scalable typography and responsive layouts. We aim to keep important traveller information readable and navigable on different screen sizes.
Interactive maps and live data
Aircraft maps are inherently visual and can be challenging with some assistive technologies. Where provided, textual flight details supplement visual positions. Not all third-party content or map data is under our control, and some experiences may still have accessibility limitations.
Known limitations
Some changing live flight views, data-dense tables and external providers may not work equally well with every combination of device and assistive software. We have not received an independent WCAG conformance certification and do not claim complete conformity.
Get help or report a barrier
If you cannot find or use a feature, contact us through our contact page. Tell us which page you were on, the device or browser used, and the action you were trying to complete. We will investigate whether a reasonable alternative format or correction is possible.
Updates
We review accessibility as site features develop. Our commitment is to make corrections that improve access without compromising flight-data accuracy or visitor safety.
We aim to explain how the site operates in plain language.
